You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns requested after 30 days unfortunately cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be returned in original packaging
All accessories, tags, and included materials must be returned
Items that show signs of use, damage, or improper packaging may be refused.

Send the Item Back
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it according to the provided instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item is:
Defective
Damaged during shipping
incorrect (wrong item received)
We cover the return shipping costs.
Customer-Initiated Returns (Change of Mind)
If you are returning an item because:
You ordered the wrong product
The item does not fit
You no longer want the item
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, the item will be inspected
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 7 business days
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at info@livewellhub.store and we will assist you.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.
